Stalybridge Labour sunk to a new low at the Stalybridge Carnival last Sunday, when their gazebo collapsed.
Just like the hopeless Labour Governments of Blair and Brown, they had nothing solid to support their ideas, and eventually got blown away by too much hot air. And, just like Brown and his cronies in the dying days of his Government, they were left scrambling around, trying to save a lost cause.
In comparison, the Conservative stall (above with Cllr. Doreen Dickinson at the helm) was securely pegged down, and we would like to thank residents for the warm reception we received on the day.
